My private practice is only via Telehealth, but open to adults anywhere in Washington State .
I encourage people to tell me what they need from me, whether that is just to listen to their concerns or help them come up with solutions to their problems when they want help. I believe that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to have the life that they want to live whatever that looks like for them. I tailor my approach to each individual client based on their needs.
ALL ABOUT THERAPY
We will spend our initial appointment together to learn about you and what your goals are. I believe that it is important to spend that initial time together building rapport so that you as the client can focus on what you want to see out of our time together.

Some of the different therapeutic techniques I use include motivational interviewing, humanistic approach, solution focused, and person-centered.
Get To Know Me
My name is Christine, I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the State of Washington. I have lived in Washington State my entire life and enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends as well as enjoying the beautiful state that we live in. I attended Western Washington University and have a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University. I have worked as a case manager for adults with Developmental Disabilities and as an intern at a supported employment agency. I work with adults ages 18 and over, have experience with caregiver support, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders/learning disabilities, stress, and aging.
